By locating club operations at the Chattanooga Lovell
Field Airport, we take advantage of several services that
are not usually available at uncontrolled facilities. These
advantages include:
- Hard surfaced runways that are maintained daily
- Multiple runways that better accommodate various wind/weather
conditions.
- Instrument approaches on each runway.
- 24-hour control tower operations; the FAA controllers
support both VFR and IFR operations expertly.
- Emergency fire fighting and medical services readily
available should the need arise.
- No incremental landing or use fees.
